Kyle Smith, New York Post: Inert as the main story is, it keeps pausing to consider a tableau mort of strenuously wacky background figures. There's Robert Downey Jr., as a guy who runs a phone scam in a scene that has nothing to do with any other. Staying home and playing solitaire would be two levels more interesting than watching this movie. |
